    We spend long periods of time in some of Australia most remote and hostile environments. The heat and isolation is the number one factor in these areas. With help from Jamie at DSS our 4x4 and boat has been kitted out with the most hi-tech solar equipment available. The kits job is to run both our fridge/freezes and LED lighting for when we travel into remote regions. The trick with solar we found is to use the experts who know the stuff. Jamie came up with a solution to best suit our needs in the bush. We had to be self-sufficient and we had to depend on it. The heat is what will sought out the men from the boys. Everything works twice as hard when the temperature goes over 38 degrees, most of all the fridge. With the right setup from DSS it was easy.
